After School Pick Up

Brown's Martial Arts is excited to offer Waterdown's only after school martial arts program that offers transportation from local elementary schools to our facility. We ARE NOT a daycare; We are a professional martial arts facility and our focus is on Martial Arts Instruction, fitness, and a healthy life style.

We understand that parents have a tough schedule going to work, picking the kids up from daycare, and getting dinner ready fast enough to run right back out the door for evening activities. Unfortunately, all this rushing around does not leave much time for homework and family time. We believe our afterschool program is the answer. By providing transportation from local schools, students are able to get their karate class in as well as time to get their homework done all before you pick them up after work. When you pick up your child and head home, you can relax knowing you don't have to go out again, homework is well underway, if not completed already, and your child is learning important life skills such as confidence, self-control, discipline, respect, and self-defence.

Student Qualifications:

• Ages 6+
• Perfect for those children who have out grown the daycare atmosphere, and are looking for a more age appropriate program
• Attends school in the Waterdown community

Daily Schedule:

• Arrival
• Snack time (students must bring snack with them)
• Uniform change
• Tae Kwon Do Class
• Quiet time to work on home work and/or read
• Fun! Fun! Fun!

Pick Up Procedure:

• Parent must fill out consent form upon enrolment
• Children will only be released to those listed on the consent form
